Sonia and Daniel Alderson-Smith need to be settled in their dream family home before eldest daughter Eva starts school. They have an impressive budget of £930,000 and want to live in one of Surrey's most expensive and exclusive suburbs, East Molesey. Within this already tiny search area there are only 18 specific streets where they'll consider living. High flying couple Maeve and Peter Dunne are looking for a total lifestyle overhaul. They've got their heart set on Surrey, but have no idea where in the county they want to buy. It's up to Phil to focus the search and steer them through.
